Edublogs is powered by WordPress to give a safe place for students and teachers to share their personal ideas on a topic to improve their digital literacy skills.

Understanding how information is shared online is a vital tool for digital natives dealing with ICT daily. Aho (2015) claims that students are typically competent with consuming information, but when it comes to communicating with peers outside of their networks, their skills are lacking. Blogs allow development in these skills and can help to promote different types of digital media. A class blog is also a useful tool for teachers to assess a students level of comprehension on a topic.
